If you submit a Claim Form, by the deadline, your Claim Form will be considered for the Settlement Benefits claimed therein and described below.

You will receive no benefits, but you will retain your legal claims against the Defendant.

Write to the Class Counsel and/or the Court about why you do, or do not, like the settlement. You must remain in the Settlement Class to object to the Settlement.
